In einer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abih.de\/index.php?seite=angeboteundkurse#selbstverteidigung\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Selbstverteidigungsgruppe des ABiH<\/a> - Allgemeinen Behinderten Verbandes in Halle - trainieren Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung gemeinsam. Trainer Raik versucht die individuellen M\u00f6glichkeiten herauszuarbeiten, die alle Teilnehmenden haben, um sich zur Wehr zu setzen oder gef\u00e4hrliche Situationen rechtzeitig zu erkennen und zu entsch\u00e4rfen. Wie das funktioniert wollten Rainer, Anett, Sven, Sigurt und Klaus Peter genauer wissen.
